ADDITIONAL RULES

EXHIBIT INSTALLATION AND RECEIPT OF GOODS. All exhibits must be ready for the opening of the Event. The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows will not allow any moving of exhibits after the opening of the Event.

CARE OF EXHIBITS. The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows will sweep and clean the aisles, but exhibitors must at their own expense keep their spaces cleaned and their exhibits dusted and in good order. Exhibits must remain intact until after closing of the Event. Exhibitors are requested at all times to cooperate with The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows, by maintaining their exhibits throughout the Event in perfect condition with respect to material and personnel.In case the Space shall not be available for the uses herein specified due to war, government action or order, act of God, fire, strikes, labor disputes, or any causes beyond the control of The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows, this agreement shall immediately terminate and in such event Exhibitor shall and does hereby waive any claims to damages or any other recovery therefore except the return of the amounts paid as rental for the space, less the pro-rate share allocable to the Space of the actual expenses incurred by The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows in connection with the Event. Should The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows in its sole discretion, consider it inadvisable to hold the Event at the time and place herein provided, The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows may, at its option, terminate this agreement, return the sums paid by Exhibitor for the Space and there shall be no further liability on the part of either party to the other. Upon written notice to Exhibitor, The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows shall also have the right to change the date and the place where the Event is to be held.

DECORATIONS, SIGNS, ETC. Special booths or displays will be permitted providing they comply with all general rules of the Event. Therefore, it is desirable to submit plans for such special work to The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows for approval before order is placed with contractor. No nails or tacks can be driven in building walls or columns. Exhibitor’s decorations may not obstruct other displays nor project into aisles. All displays must be self supporting. Name of the official decorator will be supplied by The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows. The event decorator will make the necessary arrangements for making available, on written order at exhibitors expense, electricians, pipe fitters, erectors, millwrights, carpenters and labor of all standard crafts at rates never to exceed the rates then prevailing in locale of the Event.

ALL DECORATIONS MUST BE FIREPROOF. All bunting, draperies or other fabrics must be fireproofed before entering into the decoration of any exhibit.

ELECTRICITY. Exhibitors will arrange with the official electrician for any wiring to his exhibit to be done at the expense of the Exhibitor. Name of official electrician will be supplied by The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows.

REMOVAL OF MATERIAL DURING EXPOSITION. No exhibitor shall have the right prior to the closing of the Event to pack or remove articles on exhibit without the permission and approval in writing from The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows. This rule does not apply to small articles which make up cash sales. The exhibitor shall provide the purchaser with a sales slip or property pass (with firm name printed thereon) and giving a description of the articles sold, to be surrendered on leaving the building. The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows may retain as security any exhibits as long as payments due shall not have been made.

EXHIBIT REMOVAL. All exhibits must be removed from the building promptly after the close of the show.

LIABILITY. Exhibitor must carry liability insurance applicable to participation in a public show, and shall list Show Management as an additional insured on policy. The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows will not be liable for any loss or damage to the property of Exhibitor, or its employees, due to fire, robbery, accidents, or any cause whatsoever that may arise from use and occupancy of leased space or building. The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows and its employees against any and all claims of any person whomsoever arising out of acts of omission of Exhibitors, its employees and/or guests. Exhibitor shall furnish their own public liability.Exhibitor shall return the booth area to The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows at the conclusion of the Event in the same condition as when occupied by Exhibitor, normal wear and tear expected.Exhibitor will not allow any part of its exhibit to damage or otherwise interfere with other exhibits, space or the general premises and outside grounds and will indemnify and hold harmless The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows, other Exhibitors and the Event’s facilities and its management in the event such damage may occur, whether through the act of omission of Exhibitor, its employees, agents or guests, or from any other source.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Exhibitors must comply with all local laws, rule, regulations and ordinances in force.

GENERAL. The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows reserve the right to decline or prohibit any exhibits or portions thereof, and to permit only such matters or conduct as shall be approved by it.

TERMINATION OF CONTRACT. This agreement may be terminated by The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows at any time on the breach of any of the conditions by the Exhibitor, and thereupon all his rights hereunder shall cease and terminate, and any payments made by him on account hereof prior to said termination shall be retained by The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows as liquidated damages for such breach, and The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows may thereupon resell said space.

AMENDMENT. The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows shall have full power to interpret and/or amend these rules and regulations which in its discretion shall be in the best interest of the Event. The decision of The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows must be accepted as final in any dispute with Exhibitor or any situation not covered by these rules and regulations.All terms and conditions of this agreement are printed herewith and The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows will not be bound by any agreement or promise not herein stated.In the event of any litigation arising out of this contract The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta Shows shall be entitled to recover a reasonable attorney’s fee, in addition, to any damages awarded in the litigation.
